Permit Management System
The City is issuing this Request for Qualification (RFQ) for a vendor to provide a new, Microsoft
SQL Server based permit management system solution that supports the Citys current business
processes. Responses to this RFQ will be used to evaluate prospective vendors proposed
approach for software implementation and support, and their ability to fulfill the Citys functional
needs relating to permit management. The selected vendor will be required to provide the
services described in this Statement of Work.
