Permian Parks Wildland Fire Program Review

The primary work of this project includes, but is not limited to, a program review of the Permian Parks Wildland Fire Programs for Carlsbad Caverns National Park, Guadalupe Mountains National Park, Gila Cliff Dwellings National Monument, and White Sands National Monument. A review will be initiated to analyze the condition of the current program(s), and providing suggestions for future direction of the program(s). This analysis will focus on areas of Program Management, Operations, Fuels Management, and Program Planning. Final products will include a written report and an oral out-briefing with the IMR Regional Fire Management Officer (FMO) and park superintendents. Section 5.0 includes specific required tasks.
The contractor shall provide all equipment, materials, supplies, staging, labor, correspondence, travel (except as otherwise specified), to accomplish the work.
