Permanent Medical Card
The Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services (HFS or Department) is interested in receiving information describing options and relative costs for different card designs, initial and ongoing production and distribution services, as well as other cost components. The overall goal of this Request for Information is to gather information to assist HFS in developing a permanent card design, a project plan, and accompanying detailed budget, to transition from the monthly to a permanent medical card.
