Permanency Conference Facilitation and Recording Services
The State will use Permanency Conference Facilitation and Recording Services to develop or review the permanency plan for a child or to resolve issues or barriers affecting the permanency planning efforts for the child. Particular focus is given to finding and placing the child in a permanent placement.
