Perkin Elmer Lab Instrument Repair and Technical Support
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) RFQ-PH-0002.
Submit written offers in accordance with the CLIN structure outlined in the announcement. Oral offers will not be accepted. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-95, DFARS DPN 20161222 and AFFARS AFAC 2017-0127. North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 811219 and Size Standard of $20.5M apply to this procurement.
