REQUEST FOR INFORMATION / SOURCES SOUGHT INQUIRY
The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19, Rocky Mountain Acquisition Center (RMAC) is seeking information and sources that can provide a Perioperative Scheduling and Management Suite with Patient Education Solution Software Package to include customization, implementation, licensing and hardware for the VA Salt Lake City Health Care System located at 500 Foothill Drive, Salt Lake City, UT 84148 and the VA Cheyenne Health Care System located at 2360 E. Pershing Blvd, Cheyenne, WY 82001.
The NAICS code is 541511- Custom Computer Programming Service and Small Business Size Standard is $27.5 million.
The information submitted shall contain the company s business size status. This is a request for information and sources only, which may or may not lead to a future solicitation!
