Perfusionist Services for VASDHS
The Department of Veterans Affairs Network 22 Contracting Office (VA NCO 22) has a requirement for Health Care Resources in the form of Perfusionist Services for the Department of Veterans Affairs San Diego Healthcare System (VASDHS), 3350 La Jolla Village Drive, San Diego, CA 92161. Perfusionist Services are to be provided at the VASDHS Medical Center in accordance with the requirements of the solicitation. The contract will include a base year (one year from date of award), with four (4) one-year options that can be exercised at the discretion of the Government. This solicitation will be issued as a commercial service in accordance with FAR Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Items), shall be evaluated in accordance with FAR Part 15 (Contracting by Negotiation) and under the authority of 38 U.S.C. 8153. The VA NCO 22 anticipates the award of an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ), Single Award contract. NAICS Code 541990 and size standard $15.0 Million apply. The solicitation is expected to issue on or about April 10, 2015 and close on or about May 11, 2015. It is the VA's intention to solicit proposals competitively as a total small business set-aside.
