Perfusion Bioreactor
This requirement is for a Perfusion Bioreactor. The minimum essential characteristics are:
Must provide low oxygen environment by nitrogen infusion device.
Must have CO2 regulator integrated.
Must be completely self-contained system.
Must support the use of a wide variety of growth chambers, including chambers offered by other vendors.
Must have an integrated perfusion system with a minimum of two independently controlled perfusion pumps.
Must support both low flow perfusion rates (0.003 to 33 ml/min) and high flow perfusion rates (0.1 to 400 ml/min).
