The character and scope of the work includes, but is not limited to: Demolition of all items within the construction site required to perform the work which includes site grading, hardscape improvements with architectural finishes, street improvements, street lighting, site lighting,artisitic and contiguous concrete walls and seating, landscaping, irrigation, and all mechanical/electrical required to construct an artistic fountain while working with owner’s artist
