Performance Management Consulting Services
The City is seeking a consultant (s) to provide data-based performance review and management services. The Consultant shall work with departments, boards, commissions and/or agencies to improve their operations, efficiency and effectiveness, and shall facilitate the process of cross-departmental cooperation for the purposes of improving the efficiency, effectiveness and quality of public services.
