WSSU is seeking an Independent Consulting Engineer who is a Professional Engineer or Architect licensed in the state who shall act as the owner's representative for a Guaranteed Energy Savings Performance Contract. Duties will involve the investment grade audit, performance contracting negotiations, measurement & verification, and other functions related to performance contracting.
