Performance Appraisal and Management Systems Project
ONESTEP is seeking the services of a performance management specialist (the Consultant) to play a key role in the Performance Appraisal and Management Systems Project being funded by the Ontario Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities.
The goal of this project is to assist community-based employment training organizations recruit, reward and retain talented staff by developing a performance management tool that is linked to organizational outcomes and includes an appraisal system for fifteen sector specific job descriptions. This bilingual tool will be available online and supported by an online and paper-based How To guide.
The Consultant will assemble and evaluate best practice models from the not-for-profit, public and private sectors, and with the input of the Project Advisory Committee and the Manager of Organizational Solutions, develop a sector specific approach and process for ONESTEP members to manage their employees.
