Perform annual Public Housing Uniform Physical Conditions Standard (UPCS) Inspections
The Montgomery Housing Authority (MHA) request proposals from qualified vendors to perform annual Public Housing Uniform Physical Conditions Standard (UPCS) Inspections. The UPCS inspections will be conducted for all MHAs dwelling units, non dwelling units, buildings, systems, common area, and sites. We have approximately, 1701 dwelling units and 381 buildings.
