Peoplesoft/Oracle Update Consultant
The Consultant must provide at least one recommended approach to:
Work with College staff to maintain the existing production environment of HR/Payroll, Student
and Financials.
Review each functional sub-system for HR/Payroll, Student and Finance and provide a detailed
project plan for implementing the new functionality identified as parked items (Appendix A) as
well as new functional modules identified during the V9 upgrade fit-gap review (Appendix B).
Assist CNA with core functionality of the purchased modules which have not been fully
implemented. For these , CNA would not require full time assistance. Activities requiring
assistance will include identifying any prerequisites for this functionality, conducting fitgaps
sessions, and prepare an implementation plan. Please provide a plan as to how you could
assist CNA with this initiative.
Provide training on the new functionality and new modules as defined by college functional
leads.
Review the documentation of current college processes.
Work with college personnel to prepare the documentation on new processes and new
modules implemented
Work with college personnel to identify a 3-year roadmap for implementation on the utility of
all other modules acquired but not yet implemented based on defined college priorities.
(Appendix B).
The Integrated Plan is to include unit, module and sub-system testing plans together with user
acceptance testing and College sign-off procedures.
