The RFP scope of services is assistance with the functional upgrade for both the Financial System (upgrade to occur in 2010) and the HRMS system (upgrade to occur in 2011 dependent on approved funding). The City seeks proposals from all qualified vendors with proven experience in PeopleSoft application upgrades and must be a certified partner of PeopleSoft in order to bid for this RFP.
