Sources Sought Notice
The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 6 Network Contracting Office (NCO), on behalf of the Durham VA Medical Center is conducting market research through this Sources Sought Notice to seek small business, Veteran-owned small business (VOSB) and/or Service-disabled veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB) sources for Kay Pentax Video Endoscopy Processor.
This is a Brand Name Only requirement to replace components on Pentax Digital Swallowing Station. Offeror must be an authorized distributor for the manufacturer; the manufacturer is Kay Pentax. The needed equipment components are:
HD- Digital Video Capture (9310HD)
Compact Cart HUI (80225-2)
Foot Switch Assembly EPK (7193-5500)
Accessory Drawer for 80225-2 (4607-3194)
Configuration, Training, and Onsite (SVCYR1STROB)
NEW equipment ONLY- no remanufactured or gray market equipment. Equipment must be covered under manufacturer s warranty.
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 339113 and the Classification code is 6515. All information is to be submitted at no cost or obligation to the Government.
Interested parties should submit with their response the following information: Company information including point of contact; DUN#; business size and economic category (example: SB, WOSB, VOSB, SDVOSB); and if your company is an authorized distributor for Kay Pentax - provide a letter from the manufacturer that confirms your status as an authorized distributor.
