Peer and Performance Review
Each year, the Department of Health funds Pennsylvania research organizations to conduct biomedical, clinical and health services research projects. All non-formula health proposals are subject to peer review as part of the selection process. All health research projects are subject to a performance review upon completion of the grant. The contractor selected as a result of this RFP shall oversee and manage the peer review of non-formula health research proposals submitted to the Department of Health and conduct performance reviews of formula and non-formula funded health research projects.
