This request for proposal is fundamentally looking for an individual, non direct care service organization to serve as the administrative vehicle for the hire of a number of Peer Support Specialists in Delaware. These Peer Support Specialists (PSS) will be deployed in a number of inpatient and outpatient settings and in a number of roles as based on ongoing negotiations with DSAMH and other stakeholders. The successful bidder will be required to participate in the recruitment, hiring, ongoing employment, and retention of such staff and will need to fold these staff into current or revised human resource processes common to that organization. These HR services will also include the usual costs associated with hiring staff including management of payroll taxes, cost of living or merit increases, 401K or usual pension eligibility processes, regular and sick time off, FMLA and Workman's Comp and other federal or state mandated benefits as relevant.
