Pedestrian, Bicycle, and Equestrian Master Plan
The City and County are seeking to hire a consultant or team of consultants with expertise in community participation, non-motorized transportation planning, recreation planning, and economic development to prepare a Pedestrian, Bicycle, and Equestrian Master Plan. This plan will provide the Valley with a community vision and implementation measures for paved and dirt pathways, intermodal connections, and related economic development.
