Payroll Processing Services
Universitys Dairy Records Management System (hereafter referred to as University)
seeks proposals from qualified vendors to provide payroll services for nine (9) Not-For-Profit
dairy farmer cooperatives (hereafter called Companies). University has used internal software to
provide such payroll services in addition to broad accounting services to dairy farmer
cooperatives as a component of its broad record processing services for several years.
Payroll service for the University staff is not included in the scope of this RFP.
DRMS provides dairy
information products and services for dairy producers, veterinarians, and dairy consultants
throughout the United States and abroad. DRMS processes data each month on over 14,000
herds with more than 2 million cows, making it the largest volume dairy records processing
center in the United States.
