Payroll, Time & Attendance, and Human Resource Hosted Software Services
The City is seeking completely hosted Payroll, Time and Attendance Services for replacement of its legacy mainframe applications. Additionally, hosted Human Resource (HR) Services may be optionally considered. The RFP serves to solicit vendor proposals to provide a business-process outsourced solution to the City and all subsidiaries outlined in this RFP whereby the vendor will own/manage the functional process along with integrated employee call center support from a single source vendor.
