Payphone Services
The State intends to secure a contract for a statewide, turnkey payphone services prime Contractor who
may have subcontractors to engineer, provide, install, and maintain pay phones/stations including
Telecommunications Device for the Deaf (TDD), local service, intra Local Access Transport Area (LATA)
and interLATA long distance service, directory assistance, operator assistance and maintenance.
