Payment Error Rate Measurement Eligibility Review Contractor
This work is to engage a qualified, experienced, and financially sound eligibility review contractor (ERC) to perform eligibility review functions in support of the Medicaid and CHIP Payment Error Rate Measurement program (PERM). The PERM program produces national level payment error rates for Medicaid and the Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP) as required by the Improper Payments Information Act of 2002 (IPIA), amended by the Improper Payments Elimination and Recovery Act of 2010 (IPERA) and the Improper Payments Elimination and Recovery Information Act of 2012 (IPERIA).
