Midlands Technical College desires to contract with a solution provider established in the design, development, installation and implementation of Pay for Print transaction management systems. The successful Offeror must possess sufficient corporate resources (financial, marketing, research and development, service, and support) to satisfactorily perform the requirements of the contract in a manner commensurate with the scope of this project.
