The State of Maine , Department of Administrative and Financial Services, Bureau of Revenue Services, Systems and Programming Division, invites contractors to submit bids for developing an Internet-based payment system. MRS is seeking bids to build an Internet based payment application, herein referred to as PayME. PayME will be used by individual taxpayers as well as business taxpayers. MRS would like to offer internet payment availability for all tax types, ranging from individual income taxes including estimated payments to business taxes such as sales and excise taxes, as well as corporate income taxes.
