Pay Telephone Services
Pre-RFP conference 06/08/2010.
The Department requires Offender telephone services, with a state of the art call control system that includes call control and recording, full investigative capabilities, and billing. Public payphone services, public internet kiosks, and public pay per use Wi-Fi access are also required under this RFP. This includes all local and long distance calling, voice and data circuits, hardware, software, cabling, conduit, personnel, and other items and services necessary to provide a completely operational, fully functional, and reliable service.
