The State is in need of Perma-Flex Paving in a parking lot (13,000 square yards) Remove all loose asphalt and haul away; fill in holes with B-binder hot plant mix asphalt; clean area to be paved free of debris; apply 1” of Perma-Flex asphalt and roll with asphalt roller for compaction; apply 1” of F-type hot plant mix asphalt topping; and roll with a heavy asphalt roller for proper compaction.
