Furnish all materials, equipment, and labor necessary to apply a single course chip seal on the main entry roadway (approx. 34,700 sq.ft.) extending south from the access road to the second intersection and east to the concrete drain apron. Patch asphalt in the east and west parking lots, fill cracks, spray with emulsion coal tar, sealcoat (2 coats) (approx. 23,100 sf), and stripe.
