Paving Design-Build Project
The Project requires design and construction of pavement preservations including all interchange/rest area/median crossing areas, utilizing Dowel Bar Retrofit, Mill and Fill, Overlay, and Crack and Seat and Overlay rehabilitation methods. This Project also includes three bridge rail retrofits and other work.
