Paving Building Fire Suppression System
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation for 15B40319QU8T30010. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The combined document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-101. It is being prepared by the Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution Englewood (FCI), Littleton, Colorado. This acquisition is a small business set-a-side utilizing NAICS code 334290, size standard 750 employees. This package contains all the necessary information required for submitting a quote.
FCI Englewood requires the Design and furnish of all materials for a new turnkey Fire Suppression System, per the Statement of Work. This solicitation contains all the necessary information for submitting a quote for evaluation.
Submission of Quotes
Quotes shall be submitted on or before the quote deadline specified in Block 8 of the Standard Form 1449, page 1 of this solicitation. Emailed quotes will be accepted in .pdf format only and will be deemed received at the time received as indicated on the email notification. Emails rejected by filters are not the responsibility of the government. Quotes received after the quote deadline will be handled in accordance with FAR 52.212-1(f). Quotes shall be submitted to the following address: r16brown@bop.gov. Faxed or Mailed quotes will not be accepted.
Each quoter shall complete and submit the following forms, clauses, and statements with his/her quote. Failure to do so may cause your quote to be considered unacceptable.
