Pavilion and Site Improvements
The project will rehabilitate the park pavilion, to include stabilization and reconstruction of the pavilion slab and stage, as well as new roof installation. Site improvements will include 47 new light fixtures and foundations, installation of new storm water improvement measures, steel sheet pile reinforcement of the existing lake wall and new lake-side walk, as well as removal of the existing island and tree feature located at the northeasterly end of the lake.
