Pavement Rehabilitation 2009 CDBG-R
The work to be performed consists, in general, of pavement rehabilitation using a reclamation method to recycle the existing asphalt concrete pavement into base material, which is then capped with a new mat of asphalt concrete pavement. Also included in the project are pavement markings, access ramps, and manhole and survey monument adjustments. The project locations are Chico Street from King Street to Owens Street, Owens Street from Chico Street to E. 18th Street, Eureka Street from King Street to Owens Street, and Delores Street from Beale Street to Gage Street. The additive alternate project location is King Street from Chico Street to E. 18th Street.
