Pavement Management System
The Department is seeking to acquire a commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) web based Pavement Management System (PMS) including software, installation, customization, licensing, data integration, interfaces, maintenance, training, and support services. The new Pavement Management System will provide, analyze, and summarize pavement information for use in selecting and implementing cost-effective pavement construction, rehabilitation, and maintenance programs.
