Instructions: The contractor shall complete as part of offer and submit the following documents:
Section A: SF 1442 with completed Blocks #14, #15, #16, #17, #20a, #20b, #20c, and block #19 if amendments have been issued. An authorized official of the firm must sign the SF 1442. Block #20b.
Section B: Complete pricing information CLINS 0001, 0002, 0003.
Section I: Complete appropriate certifications.
Section K: Complete all appropriate and applicable Representations and Certifications.
Bid: Offeror shall submit completed and detailed bid including all supporting documents as stated in section L, "Instructions to Offerors".
Bid: Only electronic copy will be accepted IAW FAR 14.202-8 and Section L, Par 1.2 of this IFB
IAW FAR 52.228-1, a bid guarantee is required.
Bids are due 20 August 2018 at 9:00 AM CDT.
The bid opening date is 20 August 2018 at 1:00 PM CDT.
Site Visit will be held on Monday 09 July 2018 at 10:00 am CST
Participants will meet at the JBSA Fort Sam Houston Visitor Center, 892 Hood St, San Antonio, TX 78208
Base passes must be submitted before Thursday 05 July 2018 at 12:00 PM (NOON) CST
