Deliver the following new equipment meeting listed minimum specifications to U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Green River Lake, 544 Lake Road, Campbellsville, KY 42718: 21' Center Console Aluminum Patrol Boat, Motor, and Trailer with the following specifications:


General Requirements:


All boats offered to the agency must have provisions for warranty and service that would provide reasonable convenience to the user. Hull structure is to be warrantied from date of delivery against manufacturer defects. Accessories manufactured by manufacturer: 1 year from date of delivery against manufacturer's defects. Engines, electronics, and other accessories: To be warranted by manufacturer. Manufacturer to provide all manufacturer user manuals for all provided accessories. Manufacturer to provide boat orientation and recommended "break in" procedures.


Quotes will be based on total cost including freight and delivery to 544 Lake Road, Campbellsville, KY 42718.



Boat - Line Item (0001), such as the 21' Relentless Metal Shark Welded Aluminum Boat, or equivalent, with the following specifications:


Hull -
• Craft must be welded Aluminum Center Console Patrol type vessel with cockpit and side decks
• Hull should be at least 1/4inch thick aluminum marine grade 5086 Alloy
• Shallow draft hull foam floatation below decks and gunnels
• Hull should be equivalent to the Monohull style being 21 feet in length with 8' 6" beam and 18 inch draft
• Hull should be a deep V design with an aft-deadrise of 20 degrees
• Hull must have heavy duty sheath wrapped foam collar rub straked gray in color
• Seadeck coaming pad
• Bolt Rope Style Attachment System
• Integrated dive relief cutouts on starboard and port side
• Anti-fouling paint preparation behind the collar
• 6 welded 8" cleats
• Bottom paint on hull black in color
• Welded aluminum bow and stern eyes
• Winter drain plug
• 2000 GPH (or better) Bilge pump with automatic float valve switch
• Tow post
• Boarding Ladder with mount to be on boat for re-entry out of water
• Craft will be equipped with a Integrated T-Top canopy/with full 3-sided safety glass windshield and lockable box to house electronics (siren controls/radio/ light controls)
• Open Pattern Low Profile Bow Rails - 1" round aluminum tube with 3 M Non skid
• Interior Gunnel Pads - Minimum of 1-1/2" thick x 8" tall light grey color, material, manufacturer brand Sea Deck - Chemically fastened to interior gunnel, spanning from bow deck to forward edge of hull side dive reliefs
• Hand Rail Package - 2- Grab Rails on Console, (2) on forward outboard sides of console, 2 on the top of t-top and one on the top of the Leaning Post Storage Box, specific locations to be defined after contract is awarded
• Aft Tow Post - Aluminum Schedule 80
• Aluminum Engine Guard Rail 1" Round Aluminum Tube - Removable with Line Guide Posts
• Leaning post with storage box
• (2) Shock Mitigated Seats attached to an aluminum lockable storage locker- with the wide seat bottoms and adjustable folding arm rests
• Anchor storage locker in box
• Console Storage Box with a padded lid mounted on the forward edge of the console (seating for (2))
• All storage areas are to be lockable and keyed the same
• 75 gallon fuel tank
• Non-Skid - on deck & gunnel surfaces-3M Gray Tape chemically fastened with sealer on all seams and edges
• Black trim Identification markings. (Corps Logo will be in red and "PARK RANGER" will be in black reflective writing. Logo must be on the forward section of the hull and PARK RANGER must come after and must be on each side of the boat. Writing must be big enough to be easily identifiable from 300 feet).
• Color: Aluminum color with black/gray trim and UV coating protection. Specifics to be presented and approved.


Accessories-
• Optima dual battery system deep cycle marine grade - one battery utilized for cranking engine and other battery for auxiliary electronic features with boxes and tie down, with Isolator Includes (3) switches
• Electronics Distribution Breaker Panel
• Dimmer switch for panel lights and Compass
• Dual Battery switch capable of utilizing both batteries for cranking
• 4 LED Flood lights
• 12 volt receptacle
• 12 volt USB outlet
• Trim Tabs and LED indicators
• Remote spot light mounted on top
• Mounted Wheelen mini freedom led 28 inch blue light bar
• Diamond Switch panel
• Dimmer Switch Panel Lights and Compass
• Wheelen Siren package with adjustment and PA and loud speaker
• Hummingbird Helix 9 GPS flush mounted into dash panel. Antenna with downscan and Sidescan and accommodating Furuno or equivalent transducer all installed in proper location for optimum performance
• Compass Richie navigator mounted on dash console
• VHF Marine Band Radio Horizon Brand or Equal with Antenna and Stainless-Steel Ratchet Mount. Mounted in the Overhead Electronics Box
• Space will be given in overhead box for USACE provided radio
• Navigation Lights per International Rule
• (2) Fire Extinguishers: 1-A: 10-B: C One mounted by console and one mounted at the stern
• (4) High Intensity LED Marine Grade Flood Lights, mounted on t-top 1 per side
• (1) 12 Volt Remote Control Spotlight- Black Go-Light Stryker 1300 Lumens Mounted on forward edge of T-Top


Trailer - Line Item (0002)
• Commercial Duty Aluminum Trailer with appropriate ratings and brakes to handle boat with all accessories weight and dimensions
• Trailer will be equipped with appropriate lighting and brakes, mounted spare tire and rim, fenders. And mounted ladder for boarding.
• Trailer will be equipped with a folding swing away tongue. To allow for ease of storage.


Motor - Line Item (0003), such as a Yamaha 250 HP V6 4.2 Liter 4 stroke engine designed for V hull boats 30 inch shaft or equivalent, with the following specifications:
• Accommodating digital gauge package-Command Link Plus Display
• Complete installation and test of Engine including Fly by Wire Control and Hydraulic Steering System with Tilt Helm
• Engine/steering/throttle/etc. make and model must meet the specific requirement that an authorized mechanic capable of servicing and repairing, including warranty work will be located within 50 miles of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Green River Lake, Campbellsville, KY Office.
• Digital Gauge package
• Racor fuel separator
• Single Engine pre rigging installation and test
• Propeller, Stainless Steel adequate with appropriate pitch for particular motor and boat for optimum performance.
