The health system is requesting quotes from qualified vendors to assist the system with developing and conducting Patient Satisfaction Surveys.
The purpose of this RFQ process is to secure a contract with the most qualified vendor to assist the staff with development, implementation, and feedback related to the patient satisfaction survey. The health system is a full service acute care public hospital and has full time and part time regular employees. The system may or may not request vendor presentations.
