The City of is seeking a consultant to research current patient tracking systems for participating medical providers in the County . Consultant must also research current patient tracking systems in comparable regions with the complexities of the County . Also, said consultant must provide an interoperable patient tracking system development plan for disaster and multi-casualty incidents. The plan shall be a tool that participating public and private pre-hospital Emergency Medical Services (EMS) provider agencies (City, County and Private medical emergency medical services entities) can use as an interoperable patient tracking system.
