This is a solicitation/Request for Quote (RFQ) to provide a subscription to a patent information service to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Science and Technology Directorate (S&T).
Refer to the attached PDF for the solicitation's full text. Instructions are given in Section L.
A complete quote must contain:
(1) A description of the patent information service your company provides, addressing the requirements in Section C, Statement of Work.
(2) Pricing, as explained in Section L.1.2.
(3) The completed provision (place an "X" in one of the two boxes) in Section I.3.1.
