The following solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-01.
This solicitation is being competed Full and Open under the NAICS Code of 334511- Search, Detection, Navigation, Guidance, Aeronautical, and Nautical System and Instrument Manufacturing, with a small business size standard of 1,250 employees. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to be eligible for award. Lack of SAM registration will make an offeror ineligible for award.
