Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM) is conducting market research for potential sources and products for a passive solution to provide hearing conservation to the Warfighter.  Specifically, to identify passive products that not only protect hearing from high level energy sources but additionally preserve a sense of presence at times when the user is not exposed to higher levels of sound.
