Partnership Intermediary Agreement
The Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC) - Marine Expeditionary Rifle Squad (MERS) Division is sending a Request for Proposal from organizations designated as partnership intermediaries, as defined in 15 U.S Code § 3715 - USE OF PARTNERSHIP INTERMEDIARIES, to assist in research and development efforts.
The request for proposal is three-fold. The offeror shall provide the following:
1. White Paper
2. Proposal for Collaborative Project Order #1 - Base Effort (CPO #1)
3. Proposal for Sample CPO
Attached is a copy of the Request for Proposal and its corresponding attachments and enclosures, intended to establish a Partnership Intermediary Agreement with the MCSC- MERS division.
For your reference, attached are the documents provided or briefed at the Industry Day held 22 February 2017. Exhibits 1-5.
The Government will evaluate the white papers and proposals in order to establish one single award for the Agreement and the follow-on CPOs.
Please note: The Government will not reimburse interested parties for any costs associated with its respective response to this request for proposal, including, but not limited to any cost associated with any submission or information provided. The Government will not refund any potential vendor's costs incurred by participating in this solicitation.
