  SOLICITATION NOTICE

The General Services Administration (GSA) Southeast Sunbelt Region 4 announces the
Opportunity for a Request for Proposal to provide Partitioning & Miscellaneous Construction Services on an IDIQ (Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity) The anticipated contract shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials and equipment to perform various repairs and alteration projects at GSA owned and leased facilities throughout the state of Georgia with the designated facilities cities around Atlanta Regional, Atlanta Metro, Macon and Savannah Field Office.
The requirements may include but are not limited to: general construction, painting, carpeting, walls and framing, demolition, asbestos, carpentry, HVAC, electrical work, ceilings and plumbing.

This procurement will be set-aside for 8(a) competitive set aside, only businesses certified as an 8(a) need to apply. The estimated project magnitude is between 5,000,000 to 10,000,000 Atlanta, Regional and Atlanta Metro Property Management Center (PMC). The estimated project magnitude is between 1,000,000 to 5,000,000 Macon and Savannah Property Management Center (PMC). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this requirement is, 236220 -- Commercial and Institutional Building Construction with a Small Business Administration size standard of $ 36.5 Million. The Period of Performance for this project is 365 calendar days. This project is to be awarded as a firm fixed price contract. Region 04 anticipates award of four (4) contract separate Single Awards. One award will be made for each of the following geographic areas: covering the (1) Atlanta Regional, (2) Atlanta Metro, (3) Macon and (4) Savannah Service Center. The contract will consist of one (1) base and four (4) options. The procurement method will be an 8(a) competitive Request for Proposal (RFP). Award will be made to a firm offering the best value to the Government utilizing the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection procedures.
The Request for Proposal offer due date is August 9, 2019 at 3:30 p.m. Eastern Time. A Pre/Bid Site -Visit due date is schedule for July 17, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. Contractors should arrive early to allow reasonable amount of time to get through security in the building. The solicitation and all other information, amendments and questions concerning the forthcoming solicitation will be electronically posted at the following web page: http://www.fbo.gov. No telephone requests for docs will be accepted. This solicitation is not a sealed bid and there will not be a formal public bid opening. All questions/inquiries or requests for clarification must be in writing, preferable via email to the persons specified in the solicitation. All answers will be provided in writing and will be available on the aforementioned FBO posting.
Interested firms must be registered and have completed their online representations and certifications in the System for Award Management (SAM).
