The County is soliciting proposals from qualified firms (hereinafter referred to as "Respondents"), to provide Architect/Engineer ("A/E") construction support services for the Parkway Widening Project. The awarded contract (hereinafter referred to as "Contract"), will be a fixed-fee contract between the County and the selected Respondent (hereinafter referred to as "Contractor") for A/E construction support services for the Antonio Parkway Widening Project.
