Parkway Crack Sealing and Parking Lot Seal Coating
Contract- work includes, but is not limited to,
1. Clean, prepare, crack seal, prime and seal coat three (3) parking lots in
Reservation shown on the plans; work schedule shall be
divided into phases to allow continued partial use of the lots by the public
during construction.
2. All barricades, caution tape, stanchions and any other required public
security items shall be provided by the contractor.
3. Measure existing pavement striping and installation of new pavement
striping following seal coating cure.
