Parks Plan Update
The City seeks a master plan document that is concise, user friendly, and visionary. The consultant will collect and analyze data to complete a comprehensive plan that will include recommendations for parks, open space, greenways, facilities and programs. The consultant will be expected to work closely with the public, City staff, City Council, and citizen-appointed boards and committees to create a document to lead future development pertaining to parks and recreation for the next twenty years.
