Parks Landscape Maintenance Service
- This RFP had a pre-bid event.
The scope of work consists of furnishing labor, materials and equipment necessary to provide complete and
continuous maintenance of the following:
a. Plant Material
b. Irrigation system, including everything down-stream from the water meters, unless otherwise specified.
c. Ground plane surface within the project site, including but not limited to parking lots, walkways, gravel
mulch, organically mulched areas, walls, headers, and mow strips.
d. Other items as identified in the Contract Documents, if applicable.
