Parking and Pedestrian Improvements
The Town is soliciting sealed bids from qualified general contractors interested in the parking, sidewalk, and associated improvements for the redevelopment. The project includes the work associated with the Brownfield Project. Bidders must be qualified and properly licensed and insured to perform the required scope of work for this project, including brownfield corrective action work.
