Parking Pay Stations
The City of Union City is soliciting proposals from interested and qualified firms, vendors
and/or contractors to furnish and install a fully functioning on-street and off-street pay
station parking system for the district around the Union City Bay Area Rapid Transit
(BART) station. The system will include (but not be limited to) Wi-Fi compatible pay
station hardware and software, owner oversight of installation related construction and
commissioning/debugging of the system. In Phase I, the City intends to purchase up to
26 pay-by-space or pay-and-display stations in 2009.
