The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Program Support Center (PSC) and the Office of Medicare Hearings and Appeals (OMHA) intends to sole source to Miami Parking Authority's to provide nineteen monthly parking spaces to the Supervisory Administrative Law Judges and Hearing Office Director employees in order for them to efficiently administer this Medicare program.
The OMHA's Claude Pepper Federal Office Building, 51 SW 1st Ave, Miami, FL 33130 does not have a garage facility. Market research of 11 Parking Garages that is within
.20 miles walking distance of the Miami Field Office, found that the only garage that meets all of the requirements (within .20 miles walking distance to the Miami Field Office, hours of availability, number of parking spaces currently available, and vendor willingness to do a contract) is located at the Miami Parking Authority, Cultural Center Garage, #2 90 SW 1st St Miami, FL 33130.
