Parking Operations and Maintenance
The City of Union City is soliciting proposals from interested and qualified firms, vendors
and/or contractors to provide services to operate and maintain its paid parking system
that will be introduced over the next three to six months. The system will consist of
approximately 26 pay-by-space or pay-and-display parking pay stations situated both on
street and in City owned lots. When the system is in place, the initial fee is anticipated to
be $2 per day in the off-street lots. On-street parking will be priced to ensure availability
of short term parking for visitors and retail, and to encourage long term parking off-street.
